At Twara, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in texture, grain, or color are natural and not considered defects.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for customers in India and the United States, where we currently ship.

🇮🇳 Returns & Refunds for India

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund request will be accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
  • You are not satisfied with the product (within the allowed return window).

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
  • For damaged/defective items, please share unboxing images or videos at the time of reporting.

Process:

  1. Email us at care@twaraindia.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide the return address.
  3. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent if requested.

Note:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🇺🇸 Returns & Refunds for United States

For customers based in the United States, all sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or leather texture.
  • Delays caused by international shipping or customs.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement (U.S. Orders)

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product arrives damaged,
  • The product is defective, or
  • You received the wrong item.

Process:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@twaraindia.com with your order number and unboxing proof (photo/video).
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 10–12 business days.

⚖️ Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Twara reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number,
  • Photographs or videos showing the issue, and
  • A brief description of the problem.

We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or processing a refund promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
